Service was fast and friendly. Rooms werror clean and comfortable.
We liked the location, we were going to an OKC game and it was right next door.
We were woken up by one of the housekeepers cleaning the room next to ours, she was also using explicit language. For the price of the room you would think breakfast was included, boy were we wrong cheapest breakfast was around $11. The grout in our tub was coming off as well.
The fact that the hotel is right next to the area in okc
No water or cups in the work out room
The location was perfect! Walking distance to the convention center and bricktown.
The bed was nice and hot tub was favorite part.
The shower was terrible!!!!!! You have a sign that says pull to open ... But someone placed it on backwards so you have to push to open and you can not handly get into the shower without hitting your back on the knob I almost couldn't take a shower the room smelled musty like the air was off a long time sheets didn't smell super clean online it said complementary breakfast yet our breakfast was $25 plus $14 parking and no frig or microwave in the room for $200 bucks I could have just went to best western for more stuff and better price. Pics online were wayyyy better than the room in person and people at front desk were so rude and not helpful. Will not stay with you ever again. Not happy.
perfect location for bricktown and the Chesapeake centre. the room was modern, spacious and bright. great lobby downstairs.
there's no shuttle to and from the airport despite what it says on Booked.net. I mentioned that when I checked in but the staff were very unapologetic saying they had nothing to do with Booked.net and therefore were not responsible for what it said online! it cost me 30 dollars one way so made a difference. after a while, they ended up paying for my breakfast for one morning to apologize. they were patronizing and far from understanding.
This is a great hotel if you want to after going to a Thunder basketball game as it is located next door to the arena. Also, the location is perfect for enjoying the activities in Bricktown or events at the Cox Center. Nice hotel and great staff. I would definitely stay here again.
Staff were great!! Rooms were great!!
Food too expensive. We were at concert the night before and were going to sleep in. Very noisy in morning time. No rest for the wiery.
The accommodation, location of property , bed, and value was really great! Have use The Marriott hotel often in traveling!
I had an bad experience with the young lady that was at the desk. She kept telling my husband and I what she could not do because she was the only one on staff that afternoon before checking in. However the young man that came on when we arrived made up for all of her inefficiency. Although we started not show up, sooooo glad we did!!
walking distance to everything bricktown, awesome rooms and very comfortable.
We paid over 200 for 1 night...and had to pay extra for parking....really?
The bedroom was clean. The linens were fresh. The room was spacious.
The parking was a nightmare because of a concert nextdoor. They gave me the wrong room first. The bathroom had mold in the shower.
The proximity to Arena for event we attended. The location to downtown and Bricktown. Clean facility.
Staff not helpful or courteous no Concierge available. No major information on event they were featuring, should have had information in room. No information in room for area for first time visitors. Got more information from Help desk at Cox Convention Center. No offering of shuttle to shopping. Maybe they had it but staff did not offer assistance or inquire of our stay if it was first time to OKC! They could have been so helpful, but no offers.
Closeness to Chesapeake Arena. Friendliness of the staff.
Ice machine in 7th floor didn't work. Told front desk wasn't fixed. Pop machine next to ice machine would only take dollar bills, would not return money. Also told the front desk. Good on site very expensive for the convenience.
We wanted to be able to enjoy Bricktown without having to drive. The hotel is in a great location.
Third time I've stayed there and only one working elevator room smelled if cigarette smoke and had to move rooms
